Where would you like to practice? In what size institution would you like to work? Would you like to live in a large city or in a rural area? What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have a family? What is REALLY important to you in your next job?
Following this comprehensive meeting, our consultants will scour a list of contracted institutions to find the best possible match for you – we have connections all over the country. If you desire, our staff will even help you compose an outstanding resumé. Once we have found an attractive opportunity, we will contact the institution to vet them and ensure they are a good fit. Next, we will help arrange for an interview, so you can visit your new opportunity in person.
Once we have found the ideal position for you, we do not stop there. If you wish, one of our experienced physicians will help you review the contract to ensure it is to your liking – is the salary competitive? Are the benefits comprehensive? We can help you navigate your new contract to ensure it is indeed what you are looking for.
